Nutlick a stupid fuck
It was a 1 time fee per the E/O.
Which means it can be paid off by the h1-b hire over 3 years when they get locked into employment lol.
Take 30k sign on bonus , 30k a year for 2 years pay cut.
They go from earring 200k to 170k for 2 years while working for the big tech companies.
Then back to 200k after year 2. Just more tax revenue for govt lol
well, I guess we'll see how insignificant Monday. it's disruptive. 100k is a game changer for large cap new hire h1-b math. Oc it's gonna (at leastly partly) come from employee wage. I'm not against it either, this would have been a smarter play than punitive tariffs. I can think of one large cap that will absolutely TANK Monday. Happy trading!
[Microsoft laid off 9,000 people and filed for 14,000 H!B applications](https://www.newsweek.com/microsoft-layoffs-h1b-visa-applications-2094370) in July

Hell we were literally Elon was gonna exploit it for Tesla less then a year ago on WSB
Management already raised Q4 guidance to 11.2 B so “beat expectations” is priced in IMO. The upside is capped mostly by Samsung and other competitors and I don’t think it’s moving away from cyclicality. I love the conviction and hope this works out for you. Are you eyeing any other plays? How did you land on this play out of the endless possible plays ?
