I’m no expert here but…. You do realize that the CEO and CTO are former Global Foundries execs? And you do realize that Global Foundries came from an AMD spinoff of their fab operations years ago. Not saying I know anything here but global foundries is one of the leaders in optoelectronic IC fabrication. Pure speculation but that’s not a stretch.
