Hello OP, nice gains! About LAC: would it not be smarter to start buying it in Q1 2027? Ahead of final building in order to get a depressed share price, but not long enough to get hammered with dilutions? I know they’re supposed to be fully funded for the first phase but I also read on their subreddit that they are falling behind schedule on some of the construction and that it is costing way more than projected. (Nothing factual about those points, just anecdotal from someone claiming to work there..) Also a massive Chinese mine came back online a couple of months ago, bringing down lithium futures; no clue how those are doing now. There’s also new battery technology that may be a headwind for these mines in the long run. I was assigned 50,000 shares a couple of months ago but had to sell in order to avoid getting margin called when shit hit the fan towards the end of July. Took a loss on that one but I’d like to re enter the trade at some point!

I tried to remove all my shitty bond funds from my 401 and replaced it with just buying I-bonds and bills directly and then instead of parking excess cash in the bank, I go for USFR or SGOV. Not really a big fan of anything else with bonds, yeah.
