All Hail to the guy who suggested „Let‘s put DRS numbers in our quarterly reports“ in a GameStop board meeting. 🙏🍾🎉

Doesn't really matter. They still need a seller to close the position. In other words, they can say "we can close our short at X price" but without someone to sell back that share, there is no transaction to complete. Someone still needs to be willing to sell. A naked short doesn't have a borrower to return it to, but it does have a buyer hodling it. Think of it like the EU putting a price cap on Russian gas. It's meaningless.

No growth in net sales, but a reduction in costs, compared to q2 2021. 900 million n cash and zero debt. I’ll take it.

They just hired the former VP of Warner Bros gaming after he left that job right after they released a DC universe NFT/Physical card hybrid CCG, akin to Finestone leaving Loopring and joining GameStop. I believe they are going heavy into NFT gaming and using DC as one of the big IP’s. Btw they’re a crypto exchange and GameStop will sell ftx gift cards now. No more bank declining payments for crypto or your state not supporting, just go cash -> crypto with ftx gift cards at GameStop
