P/E of 30 is pretty reasonable in this bizarre world of 250+ P/E's. The market is terrified China is gearing up to grab Taiwan. IMO the share price would be 1k+ if the geopolitics weren't so... precarious. They are expanding operations bigly into Japan and USA, but Japan's facility is making older less cutting-edge chips, while Phoenix AZ plant is struggling w supply chain and labor shortages along with an ocean of utterly stifling regulatory bullshit. Bullish on TSMC. Price target of 400 by EOY 2026. Say what you will about bad orange cheeto man, but I would bet my bottom dollar China knows better than to make that move while DT is commander in chief. And I am betting that bottom dollar, my entire roth is in TSM.
