Then when it's time to get your credit card out, make up a number. But write it down when you give it to them. They'll ask for date, zip, and security code. Make shit up. When they try to run it, it'll be rejected, and they'll ask for confirmation - repeat the number but change a digit. Apologize and act like you really want it to go through. Maybe try "a different card" for them, or make up bank account info. You can keep a desperate asshole on the line for a while with that kind of trick. Pick your own exit strategy - you can just be a dick and tell them you're fucking with them, or keep it going until they give up.
