Compelling write-up. Congrats on your initial gains and thanks for holding, I have a few Qs for you. First, do you have any relationship with insiders or employees? Second, can you clarify your market cap DD? EDIT: DD is correct, **Fidelity is in fact telling me this is a 1.01b Microcap and has an updated company description stating they are fully operating as a clearinghouse.** Third, how many employees they have, what is the expertise they bring, what is the local address of their warehouses / main offices? Fourth, your claim that licensed in Singapore means licensed in the US, any source on these filings? I'm a bit skeptical here, if a startup could do a mini-NASDAQ style clearing house, the likes of BLK would have 5 already. Last: Anything else they do different that other stakeholders can't? Because all logistical issues above bigger companies can solve with a few calls and warehouses, so I don't see how supplying this gap would justify a 25X valuation on par with the legacy clearing houses.
