Whoever trades over the weekend only does so through private pools - similar to sending money to your friends, who have their account at the same bank/platform (Paypal, Revolut, etc.) - as this boils down to internal accounting at that institution (no external entities like exchanges and clearing houses involved). If you want the privilege to trade among the clients of the same private pool, just join a brokerage offering this "private trading" 24/7.
