The issue with the term loan is the MOIC, so while they will sweep an incremental 15+m from higher oil, paying too fast too quickly means they will have to pony up more money to fully repay. The lawsuits, Sable has been protected by the DPA, if it is revoked, would endanger the operations, and to bypass using the buoy will require investment that could push to the next administration.
