Genuinely, you have a ton of good stocks in your portfolio. Why are you so emotional?
You need to genuinely sit down and ask yourself, what your expectations were.
Did you think you'd press the buy button, and a day later cash out a million dollars? Maybe not that drastic but seriously, did you think you'd just be buying and forever be in the green?
Its a market, you should only buy and spend what your comfortable owning for a while, months, years - using money your comfortable not having for those same months or years.
Take it from someone whos lost 75k this year doing retarded shit with options, the learning curve for me was rather strong. Knocking on wood here, but I think I figured it out - and it boils down to just not doing retarded shit, and being prepared to actually hold. All these investors and traders hold their stocks for years, decades, lifetimes - and amass huge returns on paper.
Who do we think we are that well just buy a stock and make bank immediately.
TL;DR - Hold.
