Fuck the regular users, add this as an option when traveling, no more using their network, no more worry about spotty WiFi or regulations, use your natural network. Regulars pay a monthly, rest of you have the feature to turn on when needed for a higher single time cost. Great idea. But yes, I regularly drive from great reception to none with data needs as an attorney who works on farms and in the city too.
