Tastemaker Acquisition Corp. is a newly organized blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. While Tastemaker may pursue an initial business combination target in any stage of its corporate evolution or in any industry, sector or geographic location, Tastemaker intends to focus its search for a target business operating in the restaurant, hospitality and related technology and service sectors.
