Why did reddit even float the company? It was because they wanted to get on the AI bubble with that one deal. If there is no further AI story, then it will sink. It isn't comparable with Pinterest or Twitter. It is the pool of data created and what it can be sold for on the api.
If someone must pretend it is a social network then it will sink like meta. Like meta, reddit spends a lot of money on R&D with nothing to show.
There could be a bottom when they strip out and go back to being an advertising business. For now it is probably worth as much as the cryptocurrency they hold. Has Bitcoin gone down since the IPO? Then down it is.
Just like Elon will solve FSD in 2020 just one more year. He will also mass produce affordable electric vehicles that definitely won’t be canceled.
Boston dynamics is a research and development inc so of course when they are not mass producing their product until it financially makes sense.
I just had to call you out on your bullshit, when they are literally selling a robot today and tesla currently is not. To say their new model of atlas would cost one million to make when you could argue if you built one Honda civic by a r&d team with testing it would be more than 1 mil for just a Honda civic. I don’t think you understand the economics of mass production vs the investment in trying to create a product.
Boston dynamics will be the company that dominates the robotics market and I have absolutely zero faith in anything Elon related because he has destroyed any trust whatsoever with any product related to him.
