The whole “Tesla’s tech is shit” thing is just a bunch of people not like tesla so whatever they want to be true is true. Not based on facts at all. The lemonade development is not insignificant, I know there is a lot of skepticism around it but honestly there is a lot of skepticism around anything that could be remotely positive regarding Tesla. I have no idea if Tesla’s dojo training and camera only strategy will be successful. What I do know is it’s the most likely to scale right now. I think the two most likely scenarios are Tesla gets to scale and takes the lead in the industry, or no one is getting to scale in the next decade. Tesla has went from rolling out supervised “robo taxi” rides in Austin, to unsupervised and expanding to other areas in like 7 months. Skepticism is fine but that’s not happening because their tech is shit. I don’t understand why people can’t hate and root against Elon without just making shit up.
