This is every fast food place. You find individual locations every now and again that have their shit together, but the turnover in these places is so insanely high that if you come back in 3 months, chances are it will be shit now too. The most incredible thing to me is if you order an Oreo McFlurry at McDonalds, sometimes it will be an entire bag of oreos in it with barely enough ice cream to bind it together. Other times you get the Oreo dust from the bag and its 99% ice cream. Sometimes you get it like 30 seconds after ordering and the ice cream is somehow already melted. Other times you wait 20 minutes and its rock hard frozen. And then everything in between. Its literally two ingredients and one comes in a bag and the other is made by a machine. Blows my mind how it is never made the same way twice.
