The "rif"s today were likely part of the announced bs from 6 months ago. There will be a lawsuit filed because despite the administration saying they can do as they like, they really only have two options here. They can reduce the force based on the already announced stuff or claim cuts in force of jobs that were already vacant. Most of these are already critically understaffed which will lead to them needing to bring people back when shit hits the fan again.
