Some fields require college as proof of ability to learn. For example I work as Industrial Commissioning PLC programmer and supervisor. I have met a lot of self taught guys and they are usually one trick ponies. Very rarely they have good enough general knowledge to be able to learn new things quick. But if you know the exact work you want to do for the rest of your life without having the ability to change it easy than yeah, skip college and learn yourself. And to be honest, my 5 years in college while i was getting my master where for sure one of the best years of my life and i would recommend it to anyone that can afford it
Everyday i go through every ticker in the stock market on thinkorswim and I find the best charts that’s have solidly upward channels over 10 years and are on a current low point in that channel. They have to be predictable and set to move upwards in the near term to reach fair value in their historical channel. Here are by far the best. TROX just moved 32% up yesterday. This has worked well for me in the past. Good luck.
