ASTS is more accessible to the 3rd world too, 95% of them already have some level of access to internet. Most of the time it will be through a cell phone not wifi not a laptop. Kuiper and Starlink are more focused on business level WIFI in these places not watching youtube or tiktok. My closest experience to this is the Philippines. Not the Poorest country in the world but they aren't that far off. The average person in PH makes about $8(400 Peso)-$15(800 Peso) a day. Starlink is about $40 a month, well outside what the average person can afford. Especially since the underdeveloped areas lacking reliable internet are also the areas that pay under the official minimum wage
