I mean just think, you can buy a home at 15 years old and it's all paid off when you retire at 65 (if you make it to 65). Plus the bank makes WAY more in interest. I know we're just busting balls here but the extreme lack of 3rd places for adults in this country is such a sad thing. And no, those stupid taprooms in old warehouse districts where you can bring your dog and play trivia don't count, although they're not the worst. I mean like places like old bowling alleys, cafes, big parks or plazas, etc where the cost is relatively low or cheap but people can congregate easily. If your city has a strong amount of 3rd places, that probably helps your odds of finding partners, dating apps or otherwise.
