>When Notes May Be Converted.
>(i) Generally. Subject to Section 5.01(C)(ii), a Note may be converted only in the following circumstances:
>(1) Conversion upon Satisfaction of Common Stock Sale Price Condition. **A Holder may convert its Notes during any calendar quarter (and only during such calendar quarter) commencing after the calendar quarter ending on September 30, 2025**, if the Last Reported Sale Price per share of Common Stock exceeds one hundred and thirty percent (130%) of the Conversion Price for each of at least twenty (20) Trading Days (whether or not consecutive) during the thirty (30) consecutive Trading Days ending on, and including, the last Trading Day of the immediately preceding calendar quarter.
And it's not just these note holders, but management has to also be in a race against the clock to cash in before the 200 million shares dilution. Expecting ATM any moment now, probably as soon as this evening.
From a 14 probably not. Only if you want USB C, new chip and longer battery life then sure. But for regular use no point in upgrading.
I have 16 pro but I got the 17 cause I love the orange
Blackrock increased stake 30%; Vanguard 80% through June. Why would they increase their stakes if this company is a lost cause? Also, Jp Morgan, UBS, C. Schwab, geode, citadel, blackstone, invesco, Hudson, Jane street, two sigma etc etc are increasing stakes. Why would these super successful firms buy this company? Maybe you’re right tho, maybe they just amp up the meme stock potential for this stock? What the hell do I know
Intel is a failing legacy company that has completely botched strategically. They should die a peaceful death, but instead, the government and NVIDIA are going to prop them up like Weekend at Bernie’s until people finally figure out that their failure to innovate over the last several decades should be handled in the way capitalism should handle these things.
However, friends, you and I are going to pay for yet another dying company’s C suite’s bonuses.
