He can´t leave. If the stock collapses to fair value, he´ll not only lose wealth. People would start asking questions how it became that inflated. Then again I doubt they will deny the package. It´s always the same who argue it´s not in the shareholders interest and they never win the vote. Personally I´d argue, if he can bring Tesla to a point, where it is worth that much money, the trillion for him is meaningless. Let him have it. I don´t believe it can be done though.
