lol I don't have biotech investing experience. But I was trading natural gas futures leading into winter 2018 or 2019, whichever year it really blew up, can't remember tbh. I had heard there was due to be a shortage if the winter was cold in a Bloomberg article, so I bought the futures like a degen. But I didn't know anything about natural gas. So I subscribed to one of those paid Investment Analysis newsletters focused on energy and Nat Gas. After like 3-4 weeks of reading them say week after week "Were heading for a supply glut" and all this other bearish stuff, I realized I didn't know WTF I was doing, and I should probably listen to the paid research. Anyway... 2 or 3 days later /NG went parabolic, and I missed out on the single biggest trade of my life, woulda been an easy 10-20x if I held a few more days. So... I'm not saying all those analyst are definitely part of an organized group of paid shills for big banks/hedge funds that want to manipulate public sentiment. But... you know... I've seen the same thing play out time and time again. I think if you had a shit ton of money in a bad stock, and the ability to put out bad info to create enough liquidity to exit your position, you probably would. Especially since I haven't heard of anyone facing consequences from the SEC in like 10+ years.

What does everyone think about NG? Earnings expected tomorrow pre-market and I’m considering doing a straddle. It’s my first straddle though and the spread seems to far apart to make much sense. I am new but studying hard in understanding options and the greeks.
