Israel and Trump would have gotten far more support if Iran and Lebanon were the instigators, dropping mines in the strait that gives your country so much of it's passive income is like China or India burning all of its factories. How does self-inflicting damage help in anyway other than prevent those waging war on you from using your assets? I don't mean to get political, there is simply no strategic advantage for anyone in all of this. The market value goes down when people attack a key shipping route, who would've fkn thought. What a mind blower. Somehow the people who thrive from business passing through the strait, have a great playbook involving denying themselves business AND resources gained from said business. Dude, did it ever cross your mind that this is already priced in? Do you seriously think you're the only genius who figured out GTA VI is going to make TTWO money? This has been factored into the stock for literally years. The market isn't surprised by a pre-order date, it's already baked into the price.
