Why is KR always going against the market lately?

There are a bunch of Ingles in my area, they suck, expensive, low tier groceries, something like a winn Dixie or Albertsons. I shop at basically every other grocer in the area, Harris teeter ($KR), whole foods ($amzn), trader Joe's and fresh market. They do have a lot of real estate holdings though, it's almost like a reit since they own all their stores and the strip mall that they sit in. Most of the shares are held by the founding family, I think it was something like 60% last time I looked so that can be nice unless Jennifer wants to get a new gulf stream and you'll end up being exit liquidity.
