Sadly, yes. Haven't wanted to touch TSLA with a 10 foot pole. I don't expect it to do very well. It makes no sense to have a PE about 10 times higher than industry average but it's a meme stock so it's irrationally unpredictable. Betting the market comes to it's senses for at least a short period at some point.

Problem with this is that selling a house currently is not really that hard. Not sure why folks think it’s some sort of insane task. I’ve bought and sold 5 homes, never had a double mortgage, never had an issue selling.
