They’re trying to get their Fubo / Hulu Live deal (and Nexstar wants their merger too) done without completely losing the left. Don’t know if threading the needle is doable, although I suppose they could play ball until the mergers passed and then go back to normal.  I feel weird about this personally because while I’m against the whole Jimmy thing (not getting into that here obvs) , I’ve also got a big Fubo stake and need that merger to get done.
