Still only as if IONQ disappeared off the face of the Earth so in that sense the amount of destroyed capital doesn’t impress me as much when I think about it like that. Just a really large small cap or a very tiny large cap disappearing.
I honestly think we have more to witness with the amount of margin debt this market was carrying everywhere, highest levels ever
Markets will recover and rally Monday. What are you investing in? I'm banking on US based rare/critical earths: **CRML, UUUU, USAR, MP,** and **QUBT, IONQ, OKLO**
There's people who are stuck bagholding IONQ at $81 dollars. Then they announced 15 million share dilution. This happened with RZLV. I was holding RZLV two weeks before earnings...
and then the CEO announced a share dilution. My cost basis was $6.95. It dipped immediately into $4.80 territory, then dead cat bounced up to $7.30. I jumped out at $7.15. Then it has been shedding steadily since then. The market is going to take some time to absorb all the extra diluted shares.
IONQ will follow the steps of RZLV. At first this share dilution will be framed as "raising capital" but then after all the pizzaz fades, people will be left with diluted shares, and market demand is going to be fuckt for a while.
RZLV is currently at $5.18 and still dropping as the market figures out ways to absorb all these extra diluted shares.
IONQ will go through the same.
I went from +3,6% to -1,37% today from AM to PM. I have mostly ETFs (S&P500s, VWCE, gold) and a bit of IONQ, RGTI, NVDIA… Disappointing as hell, WTF is happening…
\> bought 0DTE IONQ 70P "as a hedge"
\> they diluted a lot today
\> bad short-term macro
My puts immediately lost a half of value. This is the way. Well, IONQ is creeping back to $72, I'll hold a bit longer.
IonQ had 176m negative net income for 2025 Q2
While CCCX had only a 44m negative net loss for all of 2024.
One has a commericially viable business. And the other does not.
CCCX is the top quantum stock due to commercialization viability.
