Good idea. I was like you but now I’ll pick 3 names , tops and go long 2 short 1 (nvda, mrvl, DUOL last week for example - and open a qqq/spy or outright IWM PUT and just rotate. Has really helped lower the noise. When things go crazy I feel in control and more importantly every night I go to sleep not caring if we are up 1000 or down 1000 the next day. As long as it’s not unchanged I’m normally good. Cheers 🍻
