Every morning I measure my testosterone. If it is even 5 ng/dL below my peak baseline I go back to sleep (inadequate sleep is the number two driver for low testosterone). After waking up with the correct baseline, I get to work. I do a strict regime of push ups and sit ups. I can do 1,000 now. This physical activity further increases my testosterone. My last natural booster is a glass of bull sperm, I down the whole thing. To help me keep the sperm down, I mounted a machine to my kitchen wall that blasts dry ice at my face, the sudden temperature change short circuits the disgust response.
I do all this because I can never risk the world seeing me with a sub-optimal hormone profile (and neither should you).
