Dint forget that Carrie Wheelers exit was already planned since May so it is just show. I did not think about the Canada thing but you might be right. I mean the guy kept talking about the “strange” Nasdaq behavior when OPEN dumped and was halted on July. I am an idiot but even I know that all stocks get halted when there is a lot of volatility.
