I wish I had the answer to this. But, for me, I have gone back to my ABC's and 1, 2, 3s. What do people need? Food. Haircuts. Clothes. And I say this as someone with literally 3 professional qualifications and I am scared $hitless about my profession but what am I gonna do, cry about it? Nope. I gotta pivot. We all gotta pivot. What opportunities are there? Well - lets drop this interest rate and let people figure it out. Humans are resilient. But I'll say it again. Our traditional jobs have all gone caput.
