Yeah when I first started trading I started thinking about it as an ocean. Now it feels like a warming ocean with fucked up tides. I like the connection to monocultures and invasive keystone species, although when I consider the latter for too long it becomes even more of a horror lol. The loyalty tests are so fucked. I follow a lot of academics and researchers on bsky and I know that’s not even the worst of what y’all have to deal with.
