How did you find that? Do you actively scan for penny options on big stocks? I did something like that years back and got assigned too but it was only 10 contracts. Sweated a bit over the weekend but was fine. Not gonna lie I probably would have tried this trade if I saw it. I was too busy trading mag5 earnings this week. Had to be some sort of institution or MM sweeping up risk hedges or EOM bookkeeping. Maybe even robin hood themselves? You might have got away with it if you went smaller.

Shouldn’t he be getting margin call for about $675K. Because he has to buy 225,000 shares at 320 a pop and sell it back for 290 a pop which should leave him a difference of $675K? Why is he getting margined call for $6M+?
