The fact that there are all these 21-25 year olds walking around with $50m to 500m should really give you motivation (some are probably even about to hit that big $B soon). They’ve been able to do well through onlyfans, startups, dropshipping, feet pics, streaming, YouTubers, podcasts, crypto and nfts, being an influencer, hedge funds, software engineering, innovative businesses, heck even yoloing on Robinhood (many of them are on this sub), and probably a billion other things. Plenty of young people who’ve been able to do well which is why you see so many on yachts and travelling the world in first class and having fancy dinners and whatever the fuck else they want (go to Miami or Beverly Hills and you’ll find them everywhere). The broke 40 year olds on antiwork who love to complain about the system being rigged could really learn something from all these hardworking young people. Newsflash, working in fast food for 20+ years and not advancing is probably 90% due to your decisions, but the good news is that it’s not too late. Remember, the only limitation between you and prosperity is you and complaining certainly isn’t gonna you there (and if you’re posting on antiwork I of course assume you have an internet connection). And yes, that’s my little philosophical rant, but I mean we’re all here to get rich at the end of the day…

I struggle to see a world will this Will happen stateside, millions of jobs lost means billions lost in tax revenue for state, local and federal? Who is going to foot the bill? Corporation? Let's say they do, millions of jobless folks without any money to contribute to a consumer based economy, will jobs be b lost sure, but how many who knows?

Yes, your job is tougher on knees. That's not the only consideration. I strongly prefer manual labor to law. Just can't get paid enough to do it without (A) getting more education/debt and (B) not being able to support my family im the meantime, and (C) getting rather lucky, because I have tried to change careers before and found that nobody wanted to hire someone "overqualified."
