I’ll be honest, I tan sometimes during the day. I have for years. I do wear sunscreen, most of the time. I need the sun. I’m not the same without it. Same with workouts. I have to do that before or after work. Monday through Friday is just a fucking grind in my role of the financial industry. It’s worse than ever after 2020. Less staff, more clients and demands, less time to do it all. And every company I’ve worked for since 2020 does everything different than the last, even in the exact same industry and role. It’s just a fucking grind. I’ve given up on moving up in the world, at 48 years young. I’ve given up on forward career progression.
