To answer your question, depends on your portfolio size and allocation... If this play is 5% its risky but you can survive. If its more than that you will end up on your knees behind a Wendys, eventually. Even if its 5% its really regarded because at most you can make 100-120% return if a lot of things go right. For the huge risk you are taking such a return is not worth it. A yolo gamble on options needs to have a decent shot at 300%+ return. Also, if the markets get the slightest whiff of recession, stagflation, inflation, hikes, softening of labor market, war, oil hike, treasury yield hike, I mean even if Powell farts, NVDA is the first stock to take it straight in the chin.
