Founded in 2004, Facebook's mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. People use Facebook's apps and technologies to connect with friends and family, find communities and grow businesses.
Lol fb can afford to lose some billions because they have fuck ton of cash and profit each quarter. Your cult leader doesnt even have money to pay his lawyers
I think we should legally be allowed to smack Mango supporters when they make incorrect statements. There is a whole fb group of them that are convinced he is selling his stock right now to pay his fines ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4271)
Losses are acceptable though, as long as there is a path forward, and the comment you originally replied to was discussing revenues.
What is the path forward here? A right-wing “media empire” isn’t a remotely appealing investment from a purely business perspective, regardless of one’s political ideology. It’s inherently designed to appeal to a minority of the population, which is not a sound business practice.
Legacy media, including CNN, has been decimated over the last decade.
It’s literally a dying industry, so unless you believe Truth Social is going to usurp Twitter, FB, etc. to become a social media behemoth….
Exactly my thoughts, wtf are 4-15?
TikTok, FB, IG, LinkedIn???
Where does social media stop and messengers start, is Discord social media? Telegram? WhatsApp?
Edit: all of those are on the list but I'm questioning them as to how they tick the boxes for social media, being messengers
